My name is Kerri-Ann Batista, my husband Rodrigo Batista and I are the Owner’s/Operator’s of CK Cleaning Service, we are hands-on honest operators. I physically work each site with my team, and deal one on one with my clients to foster trust and security. I have had the same team now for the past 15 years, so you will always see the same faces at your premises. I have over 30 years’ experience in commercial cleaning, my career began in my parent’s cleaning company.

CK Cleaning Service proudly serves Highpoint, located at 288 Edward Street, occupied by Concentrix, a global leader in digital customer experience. Our partnership with Concentrix extends beyond Brisbane to their premises in Robina, showcasing a longstanding relationship of 4 years.
Since 2018, 310 Ann Street has been an integral part of our portfolio. Our exceptional rapport with property managers, facilities managers, and tenants was highlighted in a recent survey conducted by CBRE, where the cleaning component garnered an unprecedented high level of approval rating, a testament to our industry-leading standards.
Adding to our repertoire is 180 Queen Street, known as the National Bank of Australia, a heritage building constructed in 1929 and now housing the iconic Louis Vuitton.
